The Trust Lands Administration Coral Canyon development project lies at the northeast end of Washington City, adjacent to our Sienna Hills project. Coral canyon supports a large residential community, neighborhood commercial sites, church, elementary school, recreation center, and a golf course, with more planned to develop.

The Trust Lands Administration South Block project lies South of St. George City, just north of the Arizona border and offers mixed-use commercial sites, industrial sites and an airport supporting business park.
Atkinville Interchange - Mixed-use commercial sites adjacent to I-15 and the Southern Parkway.
Southern Parkway Town Center - lies along the Southern Parkway just north of the Arizona border, and is in the preplanning stage, thus still requiring zoning, but will offer mixed-use and general commercial sites.
