Hello, my name is Cordetta Y. Knatt and I have been employed at Galveston College for the past 4 years. I enjoy working with Maintenance/Custodian department as a custodian. One morning when we got to work we notice that the 1st floor restrooms in the Regents building was out of order so maintenance called to fix the problem. It took about 2.5 hours to get the problem fix, but by us working together we had it clean up and running properly. I'm also a member of Mission with the Church that I attend which we have weekly Bible Study,helping others discover God given Gifts for Ministry, Involvement of Women in Community Service, Service to other Christian Brothers and Sisters and visiting the local nursing homes. Involved in local charities drives for the needy. Holidays we feed the local Community. I'm proud to be nominated for the 2015 Employee Performance Award and will continue to strive for excellence in my Work/Community performances.
