7.1 Practical Behaviors:Utilize conceptual frameworks to guide the processes of assessment, intervention, and evaluation

Example: The conceptual frameworks used would be interventions for the child. However, the agency also strives to target prevention methods to prevent cases. Their was a client that received an overall assessment then me and a family finder evaluated the assessment to create an intervention plan for the client.

7.2 Practical Behaviors:Critique and apply knowledge to understand person and environment

Example: The time I spent with the foster kids I had noticed that they respected the rules and regulations of the agency. They also facilitate sufficient conduct when it comes to adapting. There was a case where a child attended an Executive Board Meeting and he conducted himself in an appropriate manner and also dressed for the occasion.
