Objectives
� The participant will demonstrate understanding of the importance of core stability for injury prevention for a variety of sports.
� The participant will identify the muscles contributing to core stability.
� The participant will list and demonstrate 5 exercises that could be used to increase core stability to assist with injury prevention for a variety of sports.
