Once you have logged in you will be taken to the Dashboard where you are able to navigate to all pages of the site, this is considered the “home” page:

Among the options in the Dashboard is a section where you can review company information as well as update your user ID credentials:



To place an order, select from the appropriate tab at the top of the section to proceed with choosing the product you would like to order. Depending upon which tab you click on, options relevant to the tab are displayed. You can also select to create a new order based off of a previous order by providing the loan number, then selecting the product:

Pricing lookup is located under the New Order tab as well, simply enter the subject’s zip code, click validate and select answers for each of the drop downs:



Once you have selected the product you would like to order, the order page will display what information is needed. Please note, all fields with a red asteric* are required fields:



At the bottom of the order page is where you will supply contact information and special instructions. Please note, special instructions are shared with the appraiser, please do not include lender contact information or anything value related. When ordering a review product, final inspection, appraisal update or second appraisal, please be sure to supply the original appraiser’s name:

When selecting a rush, please be sure to provide as much information as possible regarding milestone dates. You will be required to acknowledge the pop up identifying rush fees will apply:

To prevent duplicate orders, the system does identify if there are an orders with the same property address and loan number are already in the system, this includes both open and completed orders. If a second valuation is needed, simply click “Create Duplicate Order”:



Once all required fields have been filled and the order is submitted, you are given the option to add addendums:

Upon submitting the order, you are taken to the confirmation page, which will include the invoice amount as well as the option to upload supporting documents. If a rush has been requested, the invoice amount displayed will include the rush fee. If there are required documents for the order, this will be displayed as well:



Clicking on the “here” link located in the “Client Order Confirmation” page (see previous screen shot) will open a new screen and allow for multiple uploads. Please note, when supplying more than one document, please be sure to select a different document type for each, located in the drop down:

You will see once the file(s) have been uploaded successfully:



Searching for an order can be performed by many methods, not all fields are required. Please note, files over 120 days are archived and can be located by clicking on “Click Here” at the bottom of the page:

Order search results, without specified fields entered, will display all orders within 120 days; you are able to obtain completed reports, view order notes, as well as send an email communication:



You are able to obtain completed reports as well as other documents associated with the order. By clicking on “Supported Files” you will see all files associated with the order displayed:

Save the file to a designated location by right clicking:



Open orders will display all open orders not yet complete; here you can view the order notes as well as send an email communication:

Updates can be obtained by clicking on the Notes icon:

Upon submitting your message or documents, you will receive a notification indicating that your email has been sent to our Operations team, you will also receive an email confirmation.
