Dear Resident 24 April 2017 Binhamy Farm, Bude We are writing to advise you that construction work is due to start nearby, on the section 278 works at Binhamy Farm, Bude. Bovis Homes is developing the site and Cormac has been appointed to create the junction from the public highway, off the A39, on to the new development. We are beginning work and setting up our compound this week, all of which will take place off the public highway. Our works will begin around 15 May and are scheduled to be complete by 21 July. These dates tie in with the completion of other works in the area and the embargo dates set by Cornwall Council: Easter holiday: 30 March to 23 April May Day holiday: 28 April to 1 May Spring bank holiday: 26 May to 4 June Full summer: 21 July to 3 September Please be aware that weather conditions and other mitigating circumstances can have an unavoidable impact on the work programme. The works include construction of a new junction with widening of the existing carriageway to facilitate an additional right turn lane. There will be redirection of existing utility services to the housing site, including upgrades to the existing drainage systems. Also included is the construction of a pavement, then resurfacing to finish. As a local resident, you’ll know that this is a busy road and so it is highly regrettable, but we are unable to carry out the work without the use of traffic management. We will endeavour to minimise the time traffic lights are in place by only using them during the day and manually operating them at peak traffic times. Of course there will be times when 24hr traffic lights will be required for safety reasons. If you have any queries or concerns, or would like to speak to someone about this, please call: 0300 1234 222 or email us at [email protected] . Regular progress updates will be posted on our website at http://www.cormacltd.co.uk/current-projects Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may experience and our appreciation of your patience and understanding.

Dear Resident24 April 2017

Binhamy Farm, Bude

We are writing to advise you that construction work is due to start nearby, on the section 278 works at Binhamy Farm, Bude.

These dates tie in with the completion of other works in the area and the embargo dates set by Cornwall Council:

Easter holiday: 30 March to 23 AprilMay Day holiday: 28 April to 1 MaySpring bank holiday: 26 May to 4 JuneFull summer: 21 July to 3 September

Please be aware that weather conditions and other mitigating circumstances can have an unavoidable impact on the work programme.

If you have any queries or concerns, or would like to speak to someone about this, please call: 0300 1234 222 or email us at [email protected]. Regular progress updates will be posted on our website at http://www.cormacltd.co.uk/current-projects

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may experience and our appreciation of your patience and understanding.

Yours sincerely
