We believe that “Anything which is not your core business is our core business.” Established in 2009, Five Splash is a privately owned and funded firm that aims to meet the service and delivery needs of our clients by bringing the right amount of balance between the Delivery Cost and the Quality of Service. Our employee model utilizes a “sub-urban” population to provide services to our clients, providing opportunities of employment to “Skilled” manpower available within the region. The “Sub- Urban Business Model” proves to be more efficient in providing outsourcing solutions and services through more reliable and consistent employees, and improves our customer’s business efficiency, better manage client’s business information and continually improves business processes

Board of DirectorsPriya Sharma – MD and CEOPriya is Co-founder and Managing Director of the Company. A Master’s in Computers, She serves as the backbone and thus always keeps her team in the front to deliver and get all the accolades, but always takes the front seat when the situation asks for it. Her selfless, guiding, and positive attitude has helped the organization to realize the value of an “Inspirer”.

Pooja, a Mathematics and Physics graduate, had been looking out for an opportunity to explore the corporate world. This is when she joined the Five Splash Team and has been an integral part of the core team ever since. Pooja as strong passion for Employee care and Development

Pooja Sharma – Director

A technocrat and Engineering Graduate in Electronics, Ankita brings on-board her interest adding to the business model of the group, i.e. bringing jobs to Rural people as well as bringing Rural youths to Job. Ankita has been liaisoning with various NGOs across the state of Rajasthan, and trying to bring rural youths to the group, which is significant work to keep the spark of the group’s mission alive.

Leadership Team

A Graduate in Electrical Engineering, with more than 13 years of experience in IT industry, Srini has worked in Retail, Banking, Insurance, healthcare, and Utility industries. Worked with global Companies like Mastek, Accenture, GR Power Switchgears, Srini brings on-board technological domain knowledge, which has helped the organization venturing into E-Book and other digital businesses. Srini heads the Hyderabad center and thus manages the P&L responsibility of the center as well.

Bawa has about 30 years of rich

management experience, working in reputed corporate banking, banking operations and entrepreneurial roles across various industries including including Citigroup, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Avco Financial Services, etc. He has also served on the Board of CitiFinancial Consumer Finance Ltd (2001 – 03) – a Citigroup company and with TCS e-Serve International Ltd as well.

Vikas Maderna - Head, Software Services A Commerce graduate with a Masters’ in Computers, Vikas has 10+ years of experience in Software Development. Vikas has gained domain expertise in Financial and Healthcare industry, with his application powering major Hospitals across India and abroad. Currently based out of Germany, Vikas handles the Software development services part of the group, and has been leading the in-house development requirements as well as external customer requirements.

Mr S N Sharma is a thorough professional with an experience

of 33 years in Banking. A true inspiration for all of us with strong force supporting us, Mr Sharma has been the founding stone of Five Splash. He has been actively working in the area of social development, motivating people, as well as employment generation for youths who are serious to take their professional life to next level.

Disaster Recovery Equipment Failure – Five Splash has designed it’s systems with the following considerations: server redundancy, telecommunications failure, and data backup.

Server Redundancy – Five Splash employs multiple servers with dual power supplies and RAID5 hot swappable drives. All of our Information Solutions mission-critical servers are supported by APC UPS systems.
