Sandhya Raju Promoter

Mrs Sandhya Raju is a young entrepreneur and artiste, who is currently the Managing Director of Sandhya Mills, a successful textile company with an annual turnover of over ₹170 crore.

She hails from a family of entrepreneurs. Her grandfather, Sri Ramasubramaniam Raja, led the growth story of RAMCO Group

of companies. The Group includes Madras Cements, which now produces over 1.4 crore tonnes of cement across 10 manufacturing facilities. The Ramco textile business has nine mills. Her father, P R Venketrama Raja, was the brain behind the group's diversification into information technology. The RAMCO Group is currently worth over a billion dollars in revenues.

Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs, and married also into a family of entrepreneurs, and inspired by some of the more successful pioneering initiatives like EMRI-108 – which has served 35 million emergencies and saved over 1.5 million lives – Mrs Raju has chosen to invest in CallHealth.

Beyond business, she is a well-known and professional Classical Dancer of Kuchipudi. She has performed throughout the globe including South Africa, Europe, and the USA. She is also the founder and artistic director of Nishrinkala Dance Academy.

She is also actively involved in the committee of FICCI YFLO Hyderabad Chapter.

Hari Thalapalli Chief Executive Officer

Hari is a multi-disciplinary leader with close to three decades in the Technology Services space. Prior to joining CallHealth, Hari was with Tech Mahindra, where he provided leadership to critical business process areas including business consulting, digital marketing, CRM, supply chain management, etc., with an annual revenue run-rate of approx. $300 million.

In addition, he provided leadership to the Global Marketing Function and was instrumental in Tech Mahindra's brand positioning over the last six years. His prior roles involved building robust HR practices, through which he helped raise the performance bar and to help the organization scale newer heights.

Dr. Sameer A Khan Chief Business Officer

Dr. Sameer A Khan is a highly accomplished professional with over 16 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. He has an excellent track record in managing P&L, Strategy, Medical Operations, Projects, Technology Management and Hospital Planning. In his past assignments, Dr. Sameer has successfully managed change and put organizations on an accelerated growth trajectory.

Prior to joining CallHealth, Dr. Sameer was the CEO at Suasth Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Earlier he was the CEO at Rockland Hospital, where he was responsible for managing 800 beds spread across 3 hospitals in Delhi NCR, managing the P&L, commissioning two Greenfield projects. He has also worked with Nova Medical Centers, Apollo Health & Lifestyle and had a long stint with Fortis Healthcare in its Formative years as Director Medical Operations & Strategy. His experience is enhanced by a master’s degree in Health Administration from Tata Institute of Social Science.

Dr. Pallav Gupta Head-eConsulation & Medical Protocols

Dr. Pallav Gupta, a pediatric and general surgeon has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. During this tenure, he has streamlined operations for various global healthcare organisations.

Prior to joining CallHealth, Dr. Gupta was the Group Medical Director at AMRI Hospitals where he was responsible for Strategy and Operations. Dr. Pallav has also worked with Max Healthcare, New Delhi and Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad.

An Alumnus of Scindia School, Gwalior, Dr. Pallav is an MBBS, Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery, M.Ch (Pediatric Surgery) and has a PGDGM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

At CallHealth, Dr. Pallav provides leadership to the e-Consultation business and the Specialist Services business, besides building and strengthening the Company’s knowledge base and process rigor in Medical Protocols.

Satish Kottakota Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Satish Kottakota joined the Company in October 2014. He has worked in various strategic & leadership roles within the Finance & Accounting stream spanning diverse industry sectors such as Banking, Manufacturing, FMCG, IT & ITES industries. Prior to joining the Company, he

worked as Vice President - Finance, Global Business Services at HSBC.

He also worked in Apollo Health Street Ltd., Coca Cola & ICICI bank. He has been recently awarded CFO 100 Roll of Honour-2016 by CFO-India and also won many prestigious awards for his exceptional caliber and for demonstrating the potential to contribute to the world of finance.
