WHO ARE WE?

Almost 450 customers and over 550 projects completed. TALAT is the result of over 10 years of exciting challenges within the best company.

TALAT was set up in 2009 with a clear aim: to offer bespoke ENGINEERING SERVICES. From the outset, innovation and sustainability have been the vehicles for change and improvement up to the point where we currently consider ourselves as the evolution of engineering. This enables us to offer—in addition to engineering services—comprehensive installation projects, project management and software. The extraordinary effort made by our team to go one step further than the norm has been recognised with several awards for innovation and excellence.

Our name, inspired by the prehistoric talayots of the Balearic Islands, demonstrates our commitment to our roots, to simplicity and to the solidity of our human team.

Talat provides a comprehensive mechanical, electrical and specialist installation service.

We implemented BIM METHODOLOGY.

Talat SMART Hotel was awarded the SMART MALLORCA prize at the 2018 SMART Island World Congress, as well as the 2018 InnoBankia prize for Innovation.

Set up with the aim of undertaking bespoke projects to meet the needs of future customers.

The company transferred to the town of Manacor.

The introduction of a new ser-vice: Talat Software, with its star product, Talat Smart Hotel.

3E Enginyers changed its name to TALAT. That same year, the company was awarded the 2016 MEDITERRÁNEO EXCELENTE prize in the Engineering category.

We also put ourselves on track to becoming an electrical and telecommunications installation company.

Located in the Son Castelló industrial estate, Palma.

3E undertook Palma’s most iconic housing development and began work on the only hotel with a micro-generation system.

The hotel project was set up, and we were awarded all the technical projects and the management of the works.

The company was awarded two important projects: the RAFA NADAL ACADEMY and the IBEROSTAR CALA MILLOR HOTEL.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We offer an extensive catalogue of engineering services: technical consultancy, site management, environmental services, consultancy and management of LEED CERTIFICATION, etc. In order to guarantee quality and professional rigour in our projects, we have adopted the pioneering BIM METHODOLOGY, which ensures geometric consistency and economic viability.

At TALAT we also offer PROJECT MANAGEMENT; we take care of every aspect (project coordination, administrative processes, works monitoring, etc.) so that you do not need to worry about anything. We also have a technical department with the capacity to design intelligent buildings and bespoke applications which allow the most efficient use of resources.

This is demonstrated by the example of TALAT SMART HOTEL, a platform unique in the market, which makes possible the smart management of all of a hotel’s maintenance tasks.

Our catalogue of services is completed with TALAT INSTALLATIONS; a comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation service. This undertakes projects in homes, hotels and tertiary-sector businesses in order to provide them with electrical systems, heating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing systems, automation and industrial monitoring, telecommunications, fire-prevention systems, and solar thermal or photovoltaic energy.

ENGINEERING

Engineering is the flagship of TALAT, and it is the greatest manifestation of our pioneering spirit. All projects undertaken by TALAT respect 4 fundamental premises that demonstrate how we work in harmony with the environment and our commitment to the efficient use of resources:

Our engineering services can be delivered using BIM METHODOLOGY, based on the pre-construction of virtual models using the latest available technology. Furthermore, over the last few years we have established an area of the business specifically devoted to telecommunications.

BIM METHODOLOGY

Rigorous geometric control, the fulfilment of work timescales, finan-cial savings, energy efficiency, etc. BIM methodology offers these and many other benefits. This innovative technology, which draws on the pre-construction of a virtual model of the building prior to undertak-ing the actual building work, serves as huge database which can be worked on by everyone involved in the project throughout its life.

CERTIFICATION LEED

At TALAT we are qualified to advise and manage LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). To this end, in our various projects we implement measures designed to improve the environment and the quality of the atmosphere within the buildings, promote the efficient use of water, use renewable energies, etc. We do all this while at the same time respecting the natural environment in open spaces and by using natural materials and resources.

TALAT SMART HOTEL

SMART HOTEL is a revolutionary technology that controls communication via the network ofelements that provides intelligence for hotels.

This innovative tool guarantees preventative maintenance by means of a combined analysis of energy data, of daily issues and of the building’s management systems. This results in a significant saving in hotel maintenance costs by using a digital monitoring system that complies with current legislation: SILOE, legionella, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.

TALAT Smart Hotel is compatible with multiple devices and is adaptable to the needs of each individual customer. This makes it an extraordinarily flexible and innovative tool in the service of the hotel industry.
