• Location Assessment –• Fresh Talent Supply Analysis: Universities within 20-mile radius from city center were considered for analysis. Data is taken from the National
Centre for Education Statistics for the year 2018 and Universities' website. Associate Degree Talent and Graduate Degree Talent Numbers denote the total student population graduated in the courses. Associate and Management degree courses related to Management and Business were taken for Human Resources, Marketing and Sales, Finance and Accounting and Procurement. Associate and Graduate degree courses across disciplines were taken for Customer Support.
• Location Accessibility: Flights to major hubs count includes direct flights as well as flights having 1 stop. Dallas/ Fort Worth, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, New York have been considered as major hubs for this analysis.
• Demand Analysis: We have used internal DRAUP jobs portal for demand analysis, which has real-time tracking of 40 million job postings on an annual basis. Portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn were also used to triangulate open positions based on job roles and skills.
