The 2016-17 season marks the beginning of a new era at AFC Fylde. We have movedinto the state-of-the-art new ground at Mill Farm – our very own Theatre of Dreams– and we want you to be part of the journey!

PASTIn 2008, to embrace the greater football community, the club changed its name fromKirkham and Wesham to become AFC Fylde. This change was made in order to furtherthe club’s ambition to develop and grow throughout the region and ultimately becomean established member of The Football League by 2022.

PRESENTThe Coasters suffered heartbreak in the play-off final last season and start theforthcoming National League North campaign as one of the clear favourites forpromotion.

Fylde have enjoyed many highlights over the past 12 months, including an FA Cup firstround trip to Millwall, an FA Trophy last 16 matchup against Gateshead and receivedmany plaudits throughout the season. Manager Dave Challinor has strengthened hisside with flair and experience over the course of the summer and the Coasters headinto the new season looking to go one better this time around.

FUTUREFylde realised a dream this summer as they moved into their multi-million poundnew stadium – a real statement of intent from the club’s chairman. The decision hasalso been made to switch to full-time football as the Coasters aim to continue theirrapid rise up the football pyramid.

Mill Farm, located just a quarter of a mile from Junction 3 of the M55, boasts a uniquesports bar, a mediterranean restaurant, conference facilities and 12 3G sports pitches.So why not become part of the journey...

A NEW ERA FOR AFC FYLDE

2016 will be a monumentalyear for AFC Fylde as wemove into our new home -the multi-million pounddevelopment at Mill FarmSports Village.

This is an extremelyprestigious and excitingdevelopment and is a greatopportunity for organisationsto gain recognition from thehundreds of thousands ofpeople who will use thesefacilities each and every year.

The 31 acre leisure and retail development is to the north of Kirkham and just a minutefrom Junction 3 of the M55. The sports focused development is anchored by our new6,000 capacity stadium, along with associated external sports 3G pitches that will seehockey and rugby also played competitively on the site.

The associated commercial development will include an Aldi food store, a new 100,000sq ft distribution centre for Trilanco, one of the UK’s leading wholesalers, a KentuckyFried Chicken Drive Thru and a Eurogarages petrol filling station with an associatedconvenience store.

The wide range of sporting, educational and leisure facilities will place thedevelopment at the very heart of the local community and maximise footfall.

The new stadium is yet to be named and as such you and your business could bethe first.
