HOW TO USE ITYou must use these different logo in relation to the space you have and the type of document you are producing.The tagline should be always readable. If not, use the version without it.The version with only the tagline should not be use, except if the two others cannot fit in the available space (e.g. space available is not square)The logo should always be at the top left for branded documents, it can be centered and bigger on a cover.

Correct & incorrect use of the logo.

TWITTER IS OUR MAIN SOCIAL MEDIATwitter Use a 2:1 ratio for in-stream images.Although you can tweet an image of any size, Twitter’s in-stream preview is always 440 pixels wide and 220 pixels tall (a 2:1 ratio). This means that any horizontal image will be cut off at the top and bottom but not at the sides in the Twitter stream.Recommend size is 880×440 images to tweet.You can use the Facebook dimension (1200×627) on Twitter as well. While these images are not exactly a 2:1 image ratio, they still look great in Twitter’s in-stream preview.

VIDEO GUIDELINEWe release videos on YouTube to show our last webinar, review an event we’ve been part of, or make tutorials for customers.When editing a new video, you have to insert the intro and outro trailers which can be find at \Marketing\Videos\TrailerYouTube uses 16:9 aspect ratio players. If you are uploading a non-16:9 file, it will be processed and displayed correctly as well, with pillar boxes (black bars on the left and right). If you want to fit the player perfectly, encode at these resolutions:1080p: 1920x1080720p: 1280x720480p: 854x480360p: 640x360The best format for uploading videos on YouTube is MP4 (also known as MPEG-4).

WHAT IS DOTMAILER ? Dotmailer is a Marketing Automation platform with email at its core.

With this platform you have access to many different tools which allow you to create a Email campaign, visually with the EasyEditor, and get access to data and insight to nurture leads and segment clients.

HOW TO USE ITDotmailer is an online platform that you can access simply by log in at dotmailer.com

You can edit campaigns, from the layout, to the content and images by clicking on “edit” on one of the already exisiting campaign in the list. Then you will land on the EasyEditor, which is a simple drag & drop tool working with a boxes concept.
