ABOUT USHastings Racecourse has been capturing the imagination of Vancouverites since 1889. Featuring live thoroughbred racing and simulcast racing from many of the world’s most prestigious tracks, Hastings is a legendary location with spectacular mountain and waterfront racing views.

Hastings is open for live racing from April to October with 53 live race days scheduled for the 2016 season. Also featured are over 550 slot machines and a variety of restaurants and lounges to enhance the guest experience.

Our Video Board is used to show the races live, replays, pre-race show, payouts and more.

Prior to live racing as well as in between the races we can showcase your company through a 30 second commercial. Audio awill play throughout the facility as we show your commercial on all of our internal screens.

The commercials will also be seen across the simulcast network meaning people from all over North America will see your ad.

You will get 3 commercials per live race day for a total of over 150 throughout the live season.

The Pre-Race show is hosted by track announcer Dan Jukich and race analyst Drew Forster. Before every live race they break down every race and make their picks.

Drew hosts the paddock cut-ins which take place leading up to every race. He showcases the horse, jockey and provides valuable information as the race nears.

You will get one 30 second commercial upon completion of the pre-show, logo on screen during cut-in’s and name tagged any time these are mentioned by our track announcer.
