• UK Plc has never been more financially uncertain. The economy is unstable and crippled by debt

• and the infrastructure isn’t there to cope either. In the UK youth unemployment is heading towards 1 million and a generation of our brightest young people are leaving university with no jobs to go to

• but there are enormous opportunities through entrepreneurship. The UK has been built in the spirit of entrepreneurship and it needs to rediscover that spirit today……….

But our young entrepreneurs need inspiration and the wisdom of experience

mentoring – the dilemma

mentoring – the opportunity

• yet, there is a common link between already established businesses, and those wanting to establish themselves through a mentor relationship.

and that link is of course, very simply, ‘business’ itself …

with a ‘win, win’ scenario for both sides

Mowgli – two way relationship

• Mowgli is a new, not for profit global mentoring organisation (accreditation in progress) set up to make a difference to business start ups and aspiring entrepreneurs in the world over

• critically, it’s a two way relationship as leaders (mentors) give up their company / their own time further develop their own potential, grow their (own) business, learn new behaviours and undergo a life changing experience that effect of which will remain with them, and their own businesses, forever.
