UR TEAM OPeter Charway [Managing Partner]
Peter is an investment professional with over 8 years’ experience in corporate finance &
investment advisory services, strategic business planning and research. He was previously with
ICPL, an investment firm in Ghana, as the head of corporate finance & advisory services.
Peter also had an extensive 4-year experience as an Assessor in adult training at Tower Hamlets,
Lewisham and DTK colleges, and at various schools all in London, UK.
He has an MSc Finance & Financial Law, SOAS, University of London, UK; BA Economics,
University of Ghana; Certificates in Mortgage Advise; FE Teaching, UK and Securities Market
Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Peter is the ambassador for the SOAS, University of London, UK Alumni in Accra, Ghana.
Charles Osei Poku [Chief Finance Officer / Partner]

Charles, a member of ACCA and specialized in IFRS, is a finance professional with over 10 years’
experience in accounting and financial management.
He is an ardent training facilitator in audit, financial reporting and corporate governance. Charles is also
the Finance Manager at Zest Weg Group Ghana Ltd, a global conglomerate which manufactures various
electrical products for mining firms. He previously worked as Internal Auditor at ICPL, an investment firm,
and Oak Plaza Hotels Ltd both in Ghana.
He holds a BA Philosophy from University of Ghana, Legon and an MSc. International Banking &
Finance from University of Salford, UK.
