and it offers specialized consultancy services on innovative solutions in the Information and

Communications Technology environment, focusing on Cybersecurity.

Innovery has always been inspired by research and innovation since the very beginning. Its Mission

is based on these principals where the most important aim is the discovery of new ICT solutions.

This aim is achieved by continued investment in human resources in order to increase their

expertise and enhance their creativity.

For this reason, we are especially proud of Innovery Academy activity, that is, our collaboration

with schools. This allows us to create interesting growth opportunities and to give value to young

This body reports to a wide indirect sales network, composed by sector professionals who guarantee a widespread presence all over the territory for their consulting and pre-sale and post-sale support activities.

Innovery is divided into eight business units: Big Data, Security, E-Business, Billing System, Mobile Solutions, Managed Services, Health Care, and Funded Projects. Each unit is composed of highly certified employees. The company is asserting itself more and more as one of the most complete and reliable companies in the ITC sector.

Innovery was established in Italy in 2001 with private capital. It is specialized in the field of Cybersecurity, but it operates successfully in each ICT environment offering system integration services as well as services for planning and creating new solutions to support the development and growth of medium-size and large companies. It has different offices in the world including Italy, Spain and Mexico. In these last two markets, it has quickly reached a leading role thanks to its ability to offer efficient and innovative solutions in the E-business environment.

In the last three years, the company’s income has increased over 50%; the workforce has grown up to the 230%; five quality certifications have been achieved (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000, OHSAS 18001) and more than fifteen partnerships have been established with the most important operators in its technological area.

Security Operation CenterThe unitary systems security management requires the use of specific technologies and strategic teams with qualified employees able to perform every aspect of the technological infrastructure and the company organization: this deals with the Security Operation Center (SOC). An efficient use of these applications requires the availability of instruments able to manage mobile devices and applications efficiently and safely.

Innovation and controlMobile Solutions is an Innovery business unit and it offers specialized consultancy, design and development services in the Mobile App, Mobile Device Management & Lifecycle and Satellite Systems and Services areas.

Mobile AppInnovery’s Mobile Applications development team operates inthe most important operating systems (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile); it offers native solutions for specific environments, but also hybrid solutions (Framework Cordova and Ionic), in order to satisfy every client’s demands. The term Big Data went public thanks to the development of the Digital Marketing methods and it is getting a lot of attention from academics and managers too. Besides, the overall necessity to treat big quantities of data, it is possible to define Big data using these five elements: Volume, big quantity; Variety, several fonts and different formats; Speed, data has to be produced and developed quickly; Truthfulness, by definition data is considered unsure and to be verified; Value, the degree of importance of analysed data compared to the desired objectives. The data analyses with these characteristics - Big Data Analytics - requests the use of different instruments and methods, following the predefined objectives: Descriptive Analytics (data synthesis and description), Predictive analytics (forecast and future scenarios), Prescriptive analytics (indications on to do actions), Automatic analytics (actions done automatically when specific conditions occur).

New skills for new challengesDue to previous statements, the instruments and skills necessary to successfully face the Big Data Analytics challenges go beyond those typical of the ICT world: it is necessary to gather together essential technological expertise and extensive business knowledge, as well as collecting and analysis methods (Machine Learning Analytics) and data representation for the easiest “extraction of knowledge”.

Funded Projects - Research & Development ProjectsThe European Union development plans - oriented towards consolidating the economic and social cohesion and to improving the opportunities of training and employment - offer different and important possibilities of public funding for the social-economic development of the EU countries. Areas of interest - for those who operate in the new technologies environment, and In the ICT specifically - are represented by the purposes of the European funding of regional development (FESR), that attract attention to specific territorial demands, concentrates its own investments in plans and projects concerning Innovation and Research, Digital Agenda, support to the small and medium-sized companies (PMI), and sustainable low-carbon economy.

Planning and investment choices are developed through multilevel and multistackeholder governance - based on cooperation processes among Public administration, private companies, Universities and research institutions - which constitute the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3). Synergies are created by this innovative governance model - between scientific and technological research, application expertise and market knowledge - with the aim to develop human resources and economic potential of the territory.

Projects and development of human resourcesFunded Projects is the Business Unit with which Innovery accesses to the European funds, realizing innovative projects in strategic environments and contributing to identifying the technological priorities of the regional S3 . Thanks to its expertise in the main IT sectors and in the management of complex projects, today Innovery can have an significant experience in the management of FESR projects, which allowed it to develop its own human resources and to contribute to the economic and employment development of the interested territories, thanks also to the opening of new operational offices, programs of expertise development and hiring recently graduated resources and other specific specialized personnel.

Research and InnovationAn intense research and development activity has been realized in interesting and promising areas of Information and Communication Technology. Specifically important areas have been concerned in the privacy and safety automatic management methods in the cloud environment; threats prevention and protection; the installation of systems and procedures for immediate answers to security incidents also with using Big Data Analytics methods; data treatment and information privacy; data integrity management through their distribution with redundant different cloud platforms, guaranteeing interoperability and integration with the main providers of Cloud Storage. Another particularly important research branch and development concerns the realization of automatic identification systems of remote people integrating innovative Social-Trust methods - which exploit the available traces typically left on the Web or Social Network - in the already consolidated identity management base technologies. This concerns essential computer instruments that have had important repercussions in the application development solutions above all in the areas where security and privacy have particular importance: from Cybersecurity in the literal sense to E-government, to applications in the health and financial areas.

Public Key Infrastructure & Identity Management

RAweb Suite: RAweb Suite is a suite that boasts to have a large share in the Italian market of Qualified Certification Authority and includes the following applications: a Registration Authority web application to manage digital identities and digital certificate generation flows. It offers users with provisioning functionalities, approval and execution of certification requests, and managing certificate lifecycles.

IdentityIn: Innovery IdentityIn is an Enterprise class PKI Builtin solution that satisfies specific flexibility and scalability requirements concerning the service of Digital Identity generation. Based on appliance, IdentityIn includes all PKI services offered by the RAweb suite; through a native interface, it offers service management functionalities, clustering, network management, backup, monitoring and log management, factory reset. Innovery IdentityIn is scalable across the installation of more appliances that are operating in parallel, and down through the acquirement of versions equipped with higher performance hardware.

Identity Watch: Innovery Identity Watch is an Authentication Management (AM) solution. It integrates the users and their credentials with provisioning systems (digital certificates, biometric or OTP systems). It offers Authentication Management services for Web applications, Microsoft Windows systems, Linux systems, RADIUS, LDAP, with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Strong Authentication functionalities and two factors (Hard and

Soft Token, SMS). The solution allows the integration with different biometric systems: graphometric signature, voice and facial identification, scan of digital fingerprints and iris.

IEESS: IEES suite manages different signature types, referring to the client’s requirement and the regulations to respect. It allows the different signature types management (simple electronic, advanced electronic, qualified electronic, digital), the visualization and signature of different types of files and documents, the signatures test, the placement and test of timestamps. IESS integrates with all the functionalities offered by Identity Watch.

ISC: Innovery Security Client is an application client Windows based. It integrates the token and smart card pcks#11 compliant management functionalities, digital signature (CAdES, PAdES) and timestamp functions, signatures and Timestamps test functions.

TimeTrue: Innovery TimeTrue is a timestamping system equipped with management console and furnished with plug-in for HSM interfaces.

BioSignIn: it is an application for the graphometric signature which allows to visualize a whole document and sign it with a specific pen on an Ipad, smartphone or tablet screen. The signed document keeps its characteristics of integrity and paternity.

ILMS: l’Innovery Log Management Service (ILMS) is a log management system based on Big data technology; it allows to collect, save and manage enormous log data quantities coming from different infrastructures. Based on Elastic technological platform, it has been designed to guarantee the best interoperativity, functionality and usability.
