Key charactaristics of high performance teams

Peterborough City Rowing ClubCorporate Rowing Experience

This experience will involve team building, leadership and motivational aspects delivered through a high impact rowing experience.

In many companies today it is well recognised that there is an ever present demand for good quality leadership, teamwork and motivational training. In rowing, as in business, to improve performance everyone needs to recognise their contribution to the team which in turn encourages motivation, leadership and collaboration.

Indeed, business performance can be directly linked to strong leadership and highly motivated teams. Through this event you will experience rowing as the ultimate team sport with everyone pulling together and focused to achieve a common goal.

A day at Peterborough City Rowing Club is sure to inspire, leaving a lasting impression on all delegates and help your business to win against the competition.

All participants will be required to sign a disclaimer stating they can swim and have no known medical or physical conditions that would place themselves or the crew at risk.

Just great when everyone is in-sync and the boat starts flying. Real teamwork in action!Barry McCann, Director,Design Anatomy Ltd
