About Us

Primus Vision is a Consulting, Coaching and Training firm serving clients

to achieve a high safety and health standard.

Company was established in 2012 as a result of an effort by passionate

group of safety professional that has been in the business for more than a

decade. A wide experience in manufacturing industry, shipyard industry,

Oil and Gas industry, Construction and Aviation industry saw an

opportunity to train potential companies on safety and leadership aspect.

Primus Vision still provides consultancy services on Safety Management

system (SMS) development and enhancement. Our key focus is to

develop human potentials towards shifting their paradigm and emotional

management. We have seen over the years of trial and errors that both

factors play a vital role in human response which may result in the desired

outcome.

We are committed in providing excellent service and ensure companies

are able to perform the task through our guidance and coaching. It is an

Ezril Jamil a Certified MBA Genius Potential Trainer based on Jack

Canfield’s Success Principles. He graduated from University of

Greenwich (UK) majoring Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Occupational

Safety, Health and Environmental. Ezril is a registered Workplace Safety

and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and possesses a

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Singapore Polytechnic and ACTA

Certified Competency-Based Trainer & Assessor.

Ezril was once an HSE Manager in a public listed organization with

numerous experiences working with various Industries from

Manufacturing, Marine, Oil and Gas and Construction. As an

achievement, he also led companies to achieve local and International

Awards such as The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accident

(ROSPA).

Ezril specializes in administrating advice to management of all level in

current implementation by the Ministry of Manpower (Singapore) and

develops programs and trainings to meet the legal and industry

requirement. He has successfully developed safety management system

for Tan Son Nhat airport project in Vietnam.

He was involved on the roll out of Myanmar first safety seminar in 2012

and was later invited to conduct safety workshop on Basic Safety

Management System in Yangon (Myanmar) with various industry

leaders.


He acquired an Advanced Diploma in Training and Assessing with City

and Guild (UK) where he became an accredited Nebosh Trainer (UK).

He was a Shell trainer conducting behavioral based Safety program

called Hearts and Mind during his phase working in Shell project and

with that experience he developed a behavioral based safety program

called “SHInE” for companies that engages his service.

As part of his training experience, he is an associate trainer with Training

Vision Pte Ltd and NTUC Learning Hub conducting WDA and MOM

courses. He is also an approved PA trainer.

As a Director of Primus Vision Training and Consultancy, he has

expanded his reach towards human transformation using Jack Canfield

the paradigm shift and emotional management is crucial for both safety

and personal development. He attended Speaking and Communication

Business Certification by Mentor’s Mentor Joel Bauer and have help his

students in presentation skills and branding. He also specializes in

internet marketing through Social Media such as Facebook and LinkedIn

to help his client generate 5 figures per month sales.

He is also an ordinary member of Singapore Institute of Safety Officer

(SISO) and is actively involved with IOSH Institute of Occupational

Safety and Health (Singapore) as a Graduate IOSH member.


Al-Rashidi Bin Mahmud (Principle Trainer/Consultant)

An 18-year HSE professional who currently heads a Training Centre for a

prominent Company in Singapore, was also a registered trainer for

Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower Occupational Safety and Health Training

Centre. As an ACTA adult learning trainer, he specializes in Risk

Assessment and Safety Leadership among many other HSE capability

modules.

Prior to becoming a HSE Professional, he was a Senior Aerodrome Fire

Officer in the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore’s Airport Emergency

Service where he conducts regular trainings and drills for the fire fighters

and fire leaders.

He is actively involved in the development of several curriculum

developments for industries and learning institutions such as the Institute of

Technical Education (ITE) and Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He has conducted

trainings in Qatar and UAE and given talks to organizations such as the

Singapore Police Coast Guard. The training centre which he developed in

his Company had garnered praises not only from clients such as Shell,

Esso, etc but also from local institutions, government agencies and foreign

organizations such as IOSH and Malaysian Marine and Heavy Engineering

Zulkifli Noor was the company's Principal Trainer and Course developer

graduated from Oklahoma City University majoring in B.A in Mass

Communication. He possesses an Advance Certificate in Training and

Assessment (Singapore) where he trained various participants in Safety

Leadership Training and Process Leader Training (Specialise program). He

was also involved in training the 2nd Year Ngee Ann Polytechnic Marine

Offshore Technology student since 2010. He successfully developed a

competency based training course such as Material Handling, Confine Space,

Electrical Safety and Working at Height.

He manages and facilitate training centre from his previous employment

working with Semi-Government Company holding a Lead HSE trainer position.

He implemented and administered an Accident Prevention Program.

He was an ex-military regular embarking towards being a safety professional

where he became a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer by

Ministry of Manpower (MOM). His passion and experience in training does not

restrict to Safety related field and during his military days only, he is also a

Professional Profile: Sia Kian Leong started his career in safety and health

as an Assistant Safety Officer with Keppel Shipyard in 1997. He completed

his National Service as a Senior Medic Instructor in the School of Military

Medicine. He was with Keppel Shipyard for over 3 years and joined the

construction industry as a Registered Safety Officer, working at the Pasir

Panjang Flyover project for close to 2 years. He ventured into China as an

EHS Engineer, working for Chiwan Sembawang in-charge of international

projects such as BP and CACT (CNOOC, AGIP, CHEVRON TEXACO).

Within 1 year, being recognised for his excellent EHS leadership, he joined

CACT as an owner EHS representative, working for 2 projects, building 2

offshore oil platforms and 1 gas platform. He returned to Singapore in 2006,

and worked for Noble Denton Singapore Pte Ltd as a QHSE Manager. By


February 2007, he was promoted from Regional QHSE Manager to Group

QHSE Manager, looking after 4 regions (America, Middle East, Asia and

Europe). In 2008, when GL bought over Noble Denton, he was nominated

for the Regional QHSE Manager for Asia. He continued working as a

Regional QHSE Manager, Asia as well as QHSE Manager for Singapore

operation with GL Noble Denton.

His overseas consulting & Training exposures – he has extensive

overseas exposure in terms of EHS consultancy in all 4 regions where he

meets up local counterparts as well as clients to provide his consultancy

services. He had personally travelled to Houston, Qatar, Aberdeen, London,

Bristol, Korea, Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia,

Brunei and Malaysia. Training are often comes along with EHS consultancy

when training are identified as gaps in the system.

Mohamed Abdul Wahab, PhD.

Mohamed Abdul Wahab is a Senior Management Consultant. He was

educated in Singapore and has over two decades of on-the-ground

management, training and advisory experience in HSE and human

relationship. Wahab has completed assignments in Singapore, Qatar, UAE,

Vietnam and Korea. He is fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Indonesia

and is currently learning Arabic.

Wahab has been providing management consultancy and training services

for more than 20 years to major Oil & Gas (on-shore and off-shore)

companies such as Shell, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Dolphin Energy, Prosafe

Production, Petro Vietnam Drilling and many more. He has also worked with

major construction companies such as Samsung Corporation, JGC Middle

East, China Construction and McDermott among others to design and

implement health and safety programs aimed at eliminating workplace

incidents and injuries.

Wahab brings great passion and expertise to safety and human

transformation. He has trained and coached leaders and managers at every


level, helping to instill commitment and know-how. Among his

accomplishments, he has developed and implemented BBS program in

Qatar; the introduction of a corporate HSE Manual for Samsung

Corporation; and the facilitation of more than 15000 leadership and HSE

training programs for workers, supervisors, managers and top management.

Wahab has been a registered workplace safety, a health & environmental

practitioner in Singapore since 1996. He is also a Registered Safety Director

with the World Safety Organisation.

He holds Master of Engineering Management from Cranston University

(USA), a BSc. in Engineering Management (both OSH major) and several

Diplomas. Wahab has been an associate lecturer with the University of

Newcastle (Australia) since 2009. He also lectures in Advanced Specialists

Diploma in Training & Assessing Skills from City & Guilds of London

Institute, UK since 2001 and NEBOSH courses since 2006.
