VOLUNTEERING
SUPPORTING GLOBAL COMMUNITIES At more than 100 events, global employees worked with local non-profit organizations, mentoring school children, building houses, serving meals, planting gardens and
beautifying community centers. Employees contributed 6,400 volunteer hours with organizations including Coppell Independent School District (Dallas), Hoboken Shelter (Jersey City), Nightingale House Hospice (Wrexham), PENCIL (New York), Sevalaya (Chennai), Spitalfields City Farm (London), United Way Suncoast (Tampa), World Vision (Philippines) and Year Up (New York)
ADVANCING STEM EDUCATIONEmployees contributed 3,700 skills-based volunteer
hours with Change the Equation, as part of DTCC’s pledge to support education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)
MOBILIZING SENIOR LEADERSHIPFifty DTCC Managing Directors participated in semiannual
volunteer days at the M.E.T.S. Charter School in Jersey City and P.S. 20 in New York City
