Doug has a passion for aviation and a dynamic blend of business savvy and interpersonal skills. Throughout his career, Doug has utilized his strategic abilities and keen understanding of people to distill complex objectives into measurable goals and results. Doug has over 40 years experience in aviation.

Seeing an unmet industry opportunity in the U.S. in 2003, Doug co-founded ADK Consulting & Executive Search. Now with 11 seasoned industry veterans, the company conducts more senior management searches in the U.S. airport industry than any other company. In addition to executive recruitment, ADK provides support services to their clients that add value in organizational development, performance management, and succession planning,

Doug is also the Managing Director of ADK International, an international joint venture formed with the Kilpatrick Group. Gale LaRoche has extensive experience in Human Resources Management for both the public and private sector. Her specialty is bringing strategic HR best-practices and technology to help organizations operate in a more effective and efficient manner. Gale has a wealth of experience in starting up and turning around inefficient HR departments to be effective and strategic partners to the business. Gale’s recent assignment in the U.S. was with the Detroit Metropolitan Airport as Vice President, Human Resources.

Gale is a licensed attorney specializing in labor and employment law, and holds the following degrees: Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Psychology; Juris Doctorate; Masters of Science with concentration in Human Resources; Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources; and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management. She holds a SHRM-SCP designation. Her dissertation is on the topic of the dynamics involved when there is a change in the top leadership role in United States airports and how it affects senior managers.

Michael is a Managing Director of Asianet Consultants (HK) Ltd. a long term partner of ADK International. Asianet is a specialist executive search and talent acquisition which was first established in 1988 and has been closely working with ADK on a number of cross border assignments. He specializes in C-level leadership search and strategic talent acquisition for the high tech manufacturing, automotive and supply chain industry having served various Global Multinational firms in the Asian region. Originally from Korea, he has worked in USA, Korea & Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese, Korean & English. He holds a double major Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and Management of Organization from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Prior to joining Asianet Consultants, he worked in a boutique executive search firm setting up the automotive division and assisting with the FMCG industry in the Asia Pacific Region.
