Every year more than 2600 billion dollars are lost due to corruption. This equals five percent of the world economy . If there were no such thing as “petty” corruption, would these children have a better life ??????

They are not only short term effects but also long term influences on the mindset of the young as well as the whole society. Gradually, society would take CORRUPTION for granted and treated as a part of life.

SOLUTIONS

Fighting corruption is an extremely difficult task. It requires a change of perspective and knowledge, and attempt find common solutions to a common problem.

It is difficult but NOT impossible !!!

EDUCATION

+ Talking about corruption at school

+ Increase public exposures to practical cases of corruption by using photos, articles, films, videos, and campaigns of naming and sharing

LEGAL FRAMEWORK

+ Issuing more effective and serve regulations and penalties for corrupted cases or persons

+ Provide legal protection for people who denounce corrupt behaviors

Solutions

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

+ Establishing an International Network for media pressure and awareness campaigning

+ Increase the connection between International and Local anti-corruption and NGOs

TECHNOLOGY

+ Improve technology to decrease dependency on human services

+ Create transparent systems through more accountability of public records

+ Develop more tools and analyzing methods for investigation

+ Create systems to automatize processes (voting, examination…)
