Jefferson County will begin its five-year update of their FEMA approved Pre-DisasterHazard Mitigation Plan. As part of the planning process, Jefferson County is holding apublic kick-off meeting on August 16, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Jefferson EOC located at1841 Hwy 24 W., Suite A, Louisville, Georgia 30434. Civic organizations, local businesses,and citizens of Jefferson County, as well as the cities of Louisville, Avera, Bartow,Stapleton, Wadley, and Wrens are encouraged to attend.
