The atmosphere of trouble is going to happen before even watching the film because this shows that this an urban drama film. After that there is kids talking which makes us think its based in a school even before the scene.

The type of font the urban movie creates is really based on teenagers as its bold and big which stands out, and goes along with the film name “Kidulthood” because its based on teenagers. The font makes it look like its crime.

The credits that has been inserted in the urban drama is plain and basic may show that this an serious film.

This is shot is an tracking mid shot and its hand held which makes the audience think that someone is watching all the people in them scenes and its moving so fast, one person to another. The lighting on the scene its very dark and gloomy which shows that the whole film may be tense and dark signifies death, we could include this in my own opening scene as it would build tension. The sound in this scene that there is teenagers screaming and shouting and still has the thumping noise to create more tension, from this shot we can see a some ones legs playing football who has got shoes on and playing football and its about a two second shot which gives us an idea that its set as an urban film.

The hints that they give us that their going to a party which shows later on something will happen in the party.
