We would like to thank MANY people for helping make this Fall

Festival Fundraiser a success. To all the parents who donated

items for the raffle baskets, to all the parents and businesses

who donated items for the Live and Silent Auctions, we send out

a huge THANK YOU! We couldn’t have done any of this without

you. We can’t thank enough all those who assisted the

committee by working tirelessly to help put this event together.

We hope that each family has a fabulous time at the festival.

Bid Numbers are used to bid on Silent and Live auction items.

Payment for Live and Silent Auction items will be credited immediately to the winner’s credit card number used on the registration process.

Live and Silent Auction items can be claimed at the library.

Raffle prizes can be claimed at the library. (Children must be accompanied by an adult!!)

!Raffles

Raffle Basket winners will be drawn throughout the night. Winners will be posted on the winner board located in the commons and can be claimed at the ticket sales booth. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Winners need not to be present to win. However, all unclaimed prizes must be picked up at Coulson Tough by 3:30 pm on Monday, October 19th, 2015.

!Silent Auction Items

!Opening bids are noted at the top of each bid sheet. Bids must be made in a whole dollar amount (no cents allowed). Please remember to put your bid number next to your bid to ensure your chances of winning.

!Live Auction

!The live auction will begin at 7:00 pm at the stage and will continue without interruption until all items are sold.

To place a bid, a bidder holds up his bid paddle, directing the signal to the auctioneer or one of the spotters.

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer will have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to resell the item in dispute.

!Disclaimers

Items must be paid for and picked up on the evening of the event in order to receive the tax-free benefit. Any items paid for after October 16th will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of the auction. Things used for display purposes may or may not be part of the auction item or service.

Reservations for trips, hotels, use of homes, etc., must be mutually agreed upon and arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified.

By his or her purchase(s), the buyer waives any claims for liability against Coulson Tough Elementary School, Coulson Tough PTO, or the donor of the item services. Neither the school nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the purchase.

Coulson Tough Elementary School and Coulson Tough PTO shall not be held responsible for the correctness of descriptions or condition of items presented.

All sales are final. Everything will be sold “as is.” Please read the specifications and limitations carefully. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted. The bidder is financially responsible for the use of his or her bid number. It is the bidder’s responsibility to transport all purchased items.
