Aims:

• Propose structures that will improve support for the current club committee• Spread the workload of club officers/members across a wider volunteer base• Set up a range of cooperative working groups to help improve overall running

of the club.• Encourage more people to take up roles within the club (be they large or small)• Establish inclusive and co-operative culture• Market activities within the club to the wider community.• Establish an ethos that ensures continuous review of club structures• Success & Vibrancy

• Up keep of pitches, dressing rooms & grounds• Maintenance of equipment• Involvement in structural projects/developments

• PRO• Cultural Officer• Communication – Text Service, Website, Twitter, Facebook• Local Media – Chronicle, Newspapers, Magazines, Radio• Promotion of Club Events (regular & once off)• Attracting Club Sponsorship• Advertise Club Membership & attract New Members

Finance• Treasurer (& Assistant)

- Club Accounts- Highlight/Prioritise funding allocation- Liaise with other Working Groups- Secure & Maintain Sponsorships (may develop as individual role)

• Procurement- Equipment/Consumable (Playing/Maintenance)- Quotations/Tenders- Managing Orders (Dealing with suppliers)- Reporting to Treasurer- Club Shop ???

Fundraising (Brains Trust)

• Come up with, research and report on different and novel ways of fundraising.• Event management – But not sole responsibility of the group

Fundraising is the responsibility of the whole club

• Attendance & Injuries Records• Injury/Claims Management• Forward Results to PRO• Co-Coach (Each team coach to work under head coach to encourage

natural development of coaches within the club)

Player Co-ordinator

Ensure players are getting consistent and balanced game time Prevent player burnoutLiaise with team(s) management & highlight issues

Player Welfare

• Insurance claims• Player Injury Liaison

- Monitor Medium/Long Term Injuries- Aid/Advise/Support Player in Rehab- Liaise with Doc/Physio etc- Communicate to Team Mgt / Club

• To explore ways of promoting positive mental health, well being and togetherness• To create best practice protocol for all injury management

Long Term Planning

• Planning for the future needs and challenges facing the club• Planning for internal coaching development• Planning for structural development• Club Vision – 5/10 year plan

This group is a think tank that would look at long term opportunities that the club will need to develop.
