What is it?

Scenario
You are couriering a large painting to a venue overseas. When you arrive at the venue, despite having been assured the crate will fit through the entrance, at the pivotal moment it becomes clear there has been a miscalculation. The crate does not fit and there is no other access point. This is the last work to be installed, and the press launch is in a few hours. Oh, and its snowing. What are you going to do?
