General English courses to help you deal with the everyday situations you will meet living and working in England

Business English courses to help you with the English you may need at work

Exam preparation courses

Any area of English you would like more help with, such as letter writing, job applications, telephoning and filling in forms.

The emphasis is on communication, and you will develop your skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. During the workshops you can concentrate on the areas of the language you are most interested in. The atmosphere of the courses is friendly, relaxed and supportive.

All students wishing to take an ESOL course will have an interview in College and then follow a programme to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.

Please note: A College salon uniform will be required for all hair and beauty courses. All learners will be required to work on paying clients.

All students studying manicure and nail technology courses will be required to purchase a kit.

Any applicant without a previous hair or beauty qualification will need to complete a Level Two Award in Health and Safety (£35 fee) alongside their chosen course.
