G. CHIEF JUDGE'S DIVISION
DUU Division
Associate Judges may be assigned by the Chief Judge to the Duty Division, including 4:00 p.m. Bond Court,Bond Court on Saturday, Sunday and holidays; and on call after court hours, including matters under Section IVF.
Marriage/Civil Union D iv is ion
Associate Judges may be assigned by the Chief Judge to Marriage/Civil Union Division. Pursuant to SupremeCourt Rule 40, the Maniage/Civil Union Division will conduct civil marriage and civil union ceremonies in theDuPage County Judicial Center, 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois, on dates and times to beestablished by order of the Chief Judge.
Support Division
One or more Circuit or Associate Judges may be assigned to the Support Division, to provide back-up for trafficcourt, summary suspension hearings and emergency orders of protection, for vacations and other absences.

SECTION III - ASSIGIIMENT OF JUDGES TO COIIRTROOMS
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to the following provisions, all judges, couftrooms and hearing timesare hereby assigned within each division of the Court. However, due to the exigencies created by COVID-19, ifany days or times in this Order conflict with the days and times set forth in Administrative Order entered underexigent circumstances created by the coronavirus (COVID-I9) then those orders control until further order of thecourt. Filings shall only be scheduled by the Clerk on days and times as set forth in this Section. Filings andnotices that do not comport with this requirement may be refused by the Circuit Clerk, or at the Clerk's option,may be given an appropriate subsequent date and time, in which case the Clerk shall give notice of the date andtime to the filing party.

SECTION IV . CASE ASSIGNMENTS AI\D REASSIGNMENTS WITHIN DIVISIONS
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all initial case assignments and subsequent reassignments within and betweendivisions shall be as follows:
A. FELOI{Y DIVISION
Initial Assignments
All cases with a designation of CF, including Felony DUI, and MR (Eavesdropping, Extradition,Fugitive from Justice and Habeas Corpus only) shall, upon filing of an indictment, information orcomplaint, be randomly assigned and distributed among the judges in the Felony Division as follows:Courtrooms 4000-16.7yo, 4004-16.7yo,4006-16.7yo, 4010-16.7% and 4012-l6.7Yo and Courtroom 4014-16.5%.
All companion CM, DV, DT, TR or OV cases shall follow the CF
l. All cases filed against a given defendant at the same time, regardless of case category, shall be assignedby the Clerk of the Court to the same courtroom. It shall be the responsibility of the judge(s) to identifucompanion cases and to transfer them into one courtroom.
2. All cases with a designation of MR (eavesdropping only) are to be assigned to Circuit Judges andAssociate Judges designated by administrative order.
Reassignments
3. All pending cases requiring reassignment within the Felony Division shall be transferred to the PresidingJudge of that division who shall reassign the case by use of Form 2194 (Rev 3/97).
4. The Presiding Judge shall reassign within the division. All cases designated "closed" or "inactive" whichreappear on a court call will remain on the court's call where it was originally assigned.
B. MISDEMEANOR/TRAFFIC DIVISION
MISDEMEANOR_Initial Assisnments
1. Unless companion to a CF case, those cases from Elmhurst, Geneva, Naperville, Villa Park, Wheaton,Glen Ellyn, Itasca, Addison, Oak Brook and Roselle with a designation of DT (DUI only), along with anycompanion CM, TR or OV cases, shall upon filing be assigned to Courtroom 3001 (A).
Unless companion to a CF case, those cases from Carol Stream, ISP #03, ISP #05, Bartlett, Oak BrookTerrace, Animal Control, Woodridge, Aurora, Darien, BNSF Railroad, Lisle, METRA, Dept. Nat. Res.,Warrenville, Secretary of State, St. Charles, Hinsdale, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, ISP #02,Schaumburg, Sheriff s Office with a designation of DT (DUI only), along with any companion CM, TRor OV cases, shall upon filing be assigned to Courtroom 4015.

Unless companion to a CF case, those cases from Wood Dale, West Chicago, Westmont, Burr Ridge,College of DuPage, Elk Grove Village, Hanover Park, Bolingbrook, Ill. Benedictine, ClarendonHills, Downers Grove, Willowbrook, Lemont, Lombard, Fox Valley Park, ISP #15, Bensenville,Chicago O'Hare, Forest Preserve, Winfield, Wayne, along with any companion CM, TR or OVcases, shall upon filing be assigned to Courtroom 4017.
2 Unless companion to a CF case, all Class A and B misdemeanor cases and all CM cases filed viainformation, and all cases companion thereto, shall upon filing be assigned to the judges who regularlyhear CM cases as follows: Courtrooms 4003 35Yo,4005 35yo, 4001 30%.
3. All cases with a designation of DV shall be assigned to Courtroom 4007
4. All cases with designations of CM, TR, CL and OV which have been transferred from a Traffic Divisioncourt for jury trial or appointment of public defender and all similarly designated FTA bench warrantsshall be assigned as follows according to Circuit Court Rules 35.02 (a) and (e) and 35.05:
Glendale Heights Field Court and Courtroom 1001 to Courtroom 4005Courtroom 1002 to Courhoom 4003Courtroom 1003 to Courtroom 4001
5. Cases with a designation of OP shall be assigned to a judge and courtroom in accordance with theschedule appearing in Section III B hereof. Petitions for Emergency Orders of Protection in all case types(regardless of case assignment) will be heard in accordance with the schedule appearing in Section III B.
Reassignments
6. Pending cases requiring reassignment within the Misdemeanor Division shall be transferred to thePresiding Judge of that division, who shall reassign the case by use of Form 2194 (Rev. 3/97). All suchcases shall be assigned equally among the judges assigned to the Misdemeanor Division.
7 The Presiding Judge shall reassign, within the division, all cases designated "closed" or "inactive" whichreappear on a court call of any judge formerly but not presently assigned to this division.
TRA
Initial Assignments
All Ordinance Violation (OV), Conservation Violation (CV), Civil Law (CL) cases and Trafhc (TR)cases, including DWLS, Reckless Driving, Fleeing a Police Officer, Unlawful Display of Registration,and any other Class A and B misdemeanor with a TR designation or a CV designation except DT cases orCF cases, shall be placed on the dockets of the judges presiding in the following courtrooms: GlendaleHeights Field Court, courtrooms 1001, 1002 and 1003. All Township Violation (TV) cases shall beplaced on the docket of the judge presiding in courtroom 1 00 l.Except companion to CF, DT or OV, and except for all CM cases filed via information, all CM, Class Cand Petty Offense misdemeanors shall be assigned and distributed among the Traffic Division judgesaccording to a master traffic court schedule.

2. All cases with a designation of AR shall be assigned as identified in Section III C hereof.
3. All cases with a designation of SC upon filing shall be randomly assigned and distributed among twojudges who regularly hear SC cases as identified in Section III C hereof according to the followingformula: Courtrooms 2000-50% and2006 50%.
Reassignments
4. All cases, except SC and AR cases, requiring reassignment within the Law Division shall be transferred tothe Presiding Judge of the Law Division who shall reassign the case by use of Form 2194 (Rev 3197).
5. All cases designated SC and AR may be transferred directly to any judge assigned to handle either SC andAR cases in those situations where the assigned judge recuses him/herself or where a substitution ofjudgeis sought other than based on actual prejudice. All other cases shall be reassigned to the Presiding Judgeusing Form 2194 (Rev 3197).
6. The Presiding Judge shall reassign, within the division, all cases designated "closed" or "inactive" whichreappear on a court call of any judge formerly but not presently assigned to this division.
D. CHANCERY DIVISION
Initial Assignments
l. All cases with a designation of CH (except mortgage foreclosures) and MR (except foreign divorcejudgments, eavesdropping and habeas corpus) upon filing shall be randomly assigned and distributedamong the two judges who regularly hear CH and MR cases as identified in Section III D hereof asfollows: Courtrooms 2005 and 2007 - 50%. All CH mortgage foreclosures shall be assigned asidentified in Section III D hereof. All MR vehicle forfeiture and asset forfeiture cases shall be assigned toCourtroom 2003.
2. All cases with a designation of AD, MH, MC, P, TX, TD, TO, MR, Asset Forfeiture and MM shall beassigned as identified in Section III D hereof.
3. All cases with a designation of CH which are non-residential mortgage foreclosures shall be assigned toCourtroom 2007.
4. Cases with the designation of LM/Forcible Entry and Detainer, shall be assigned to Courtroom 1004 -80Yo and2003 - 20%.
5. All CC cases filed pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 779(b) will be assigned to Courtroom 2005 -50Yo and Courtroom 2007 - 50%.
6. Cases with a designation of LM and L (Replevin) shall be assigned as identified in Section III D hereof.

E. DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Initial Assisnments
1. All cases with a designation of D or MR (Registration of Foreign Divorce proceedings only) shall berandomly assigned and distributed among the judges assigned to the Domestic Relations Division Courtroomsas follows: 30018, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, and3007-14.5%;3009 13o/o, as identified in Section III E hereof.
2. All cases with a designation of F (except Parental Notification of Abortion) shall be assigned toCourtroom 2001 if they are filed by the State's Attorney. If they are filed by a private attorney or Pro-Se,they shall be assigned to Courtroom 2001.
3. All cases with a designation of MR (Juvenile Reimbursements) and F (Parental Notification of Abortion)shall be assigned to the judge and courtroom in accordance with the schedule appearing in Section III Ehereof.
Reassignments
4. All pending cases requiring reassignment within the Domestic Relations Division shall be transferred tothe Presiding Judge of that division who shall reassign the case by use of Form 2194 (Rev 3197).

Petitionfor Appellate Review of Denial of Waiver
6. Upon denial by the trial court, the court reporter shall be ordered to prepare a transcript of all theproceedings, which transcript shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court within twenty-four hoursofthe entry ofthe order.
7. Upon denial by the trial court, Petitioner shall be provided with the "Petition for Review of the Denial ofa Waiver of Notice" form to be filed with the Circuit Court Clerk's Office.
8. In cases where a Petition for Appellate Review has been filed, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall, uponreceipt of the transcript and preparation of record, contact the Clerk of the Appellate Court to arrange theprompt delivery of the record to the Appellate Court Clerk.

F. SPECIALTY & JUVENILE COT]RTS DIVISION
Initial Assignments
1. All cases with a designation of J, JA and JD shall be assigned to a judge and courtroom in accordancewith the schedule appearing in Section III F hereof.
2. All currently pending and future pre-judgement felony cases with a count eligible for first-offender drugprobation, along with any other felony cases with the same defendant, will be transferred to 4002 unlessany such cases include an excluded offense, in which none of the cases will transfer.
3. Post-judgment felony cases with a first-offender drug probation sentence, along with any other felonycases with the same defendant, will be transferred to 4002 unless any such cases include an excludedoffense, in which case none of the cases will transfer.
Reassignments
4. All pending juvenile cases (J, JA and JD) requiring reassignment within the Specialty & Juvenile CourtsDivision shall be transferred to the Presiding Judge of that division who shall reassign the case. Allpending misdemeanor and felony cases in the Specialty & Juvenile Courts Division requiringreassignment shall be transferred to the Presiding Judge of that division who will then transfer to thePresiding Judge of the appropriate division for reassignment.
5. The felony co-defendant courtroom assignment rule (all co-defendant cases assigned to the lowest-numbered co-defendant's courhoom) will remain in effect notwithstanding that co-defendant's case mightotherwise be transferrable to 4002. Where a co-defendant has unrelated cases already assigned and/oreligible for assignment to 4002, those unrelated cases shall be assigned to 4002.
Petitionsfor Waiver of Parental Notice Pursuant to 750 ILC 70/25
6. Petitions for waiver of notice will be heard in the Specialty & Juvenile Courts Division. Immediatelyupon filing, the Circuit Court Clerk will walk the file up to the assigned judge.
7. Proceedings on the Petition shall take precedence over any other matters pending before the Court to theextent necessary to ensure that the Court promptly reaches a decision on the Petition.
8. Any Petition filed after 3:00 P.M. will be set before the assigned judge at 8:30 A.M. on the next businessday.
G. CHIEF JUDGE'S DIVISION
DUU Division
The Duty Division judges shall be assigned by the Chief Judge, on a rotating basis, to fulfill the obligations of the18ft Judicial Circuit during non-business hours, including bond court, remote bond hearings, search warrants,criminal complaints, emergency orders of protection, eavesdrop and other emergency matters as they arise. If theassigned Duty Division judge is unable to cover his or her duty assignment, it is that judge's responsibility to finda replacement and to notifu the Chief Judge's Office of the change.

Mawiage Division
The Marriage Division judges shall be assigned by the Chief Judge, on a rotating basis, to fulfill the obligationsunder Supreme Court Rule 40. If any assigned marriage judge is unable to cover his or her marriage assignment,it is that judge's responsibility to find a replacement and to notifu the Chief Judge's Office of the change.
Support Division
Upon a written request for support and coverage by a Presiding Judge, the Chief Judge will assign the SupportDivision judge to fulfill the obligation of the absent judge.
SECTION V - AUTHORITY OF PRESIDING JUDGES
1. Each Presiding Judge of a division shall have complete administrative authority and responsibility for thedivision, except for providing for divisions of court, the assignment ofjudges to divisions, the assignmentof non-judicial personnel to divisions and within divisions, the times and places of holding court and theinitial assignment of cases to individual judges, all of which are provided for herein.
2. Grand Jury Assignments - The Presiding Judge of the Felony Division shall hear the requisition andimpaneling of Grand Juries. Grand Jury proceedings under 725 ILCS 5/106-l et seq. and 725 ILCS5/ll2-l et seq., shall be assigned by the Presiding Judge of the Felony Division to other judges within theFelony and Misdemeanor Divisions.
SECTION VI. SPECIAL AND MISCELLANEOUS ASSIGNMENTS
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following miscellaneous assignments be and are hereby made:
l. Out-of-County and Temporary Assignments
a. Assignments shall be made by the Chief Judge.
2. Chief Judge Assignments
The Chief Judge or his designate shall hear the following matters:
a. Assignment to a Presiding Judge subsequent to a change of venue; substitution or recusal of a judgewhen fairness requires assignment to a different division; and reassignment to a different divisionbased upon the issues to be resolved.
b. Requisition and impaneling of petitjuries.c. Assignment of Presiding Judges to divisions.d. Assignment of non-judicial personnel to divisions.e. MR - Petitions for appointment of a state's attorney or special state's attorney.f. MR - Petitions for Appointment of a Receiver under Supreme Court Rule 776.

3. Actins Chief Judge Assignments
In the absence of the Chief Judge, the matters assigned to the Chief Judge in this Section VI shall be presented tothe Acting Chief Judge. In the absence of the Acting Chief Judge, all matters will be assigned to the most seniorCircuit Judge - Judge Bonnie M. Wheaton.
This Order shall become effective January 4, 2021 and remain in effect until further order of the Court.Administrative Order No. 20-31 and all amendments thereto are hereby vacated effective immediately.
