Hi, I’m Zach otherwise known as Zachary Alan Hughes, but you can call me Zach. This is my cover letter. I will try to be as short as possible while explaining who I am as a worker and all around person. It’s kind of simple really it all boils down to Motivation, Communication, 5s, Safety, Quality and Quantity. Lets Start with Motivation. Motivation I have a lot of Motivation not only in my work but also helping motivate others. My work speaks for itself, I will obsess if something is not completely right and it will stay on my nerves until it is. My goal is for the product to be as perfect as possible for the customer. Where my talent comes in is motivating others. Motivation is a key aspect in keeping good employees. If there is no motivation then they will start to do less then that puts most of the work load on you. The best thing to do is to motivate them to get the job done not only faster but more efficiently. Communication Communication might be the most important aspect on my list for many reasons. If there is not good communication between you and your employees who knows what could or could not get done. The best way to communicate is directly and thoroughly. Be thorough enough to make your point and let the fellow co-worker or employee take it in. Eye Contact is a big part of communication as well. Always make sure you’re looking the person directly in the eyes while they are speaking or you are. This shows respect and attention. Using good communication on a day to day basis is healthy for you to meet new people and to expand knowledge. 5s I am a strong believer in 5s. I feel a clean work area inspires you to produce more and also looks more professional. A clean workplace is a healthy workplace. Often striving for excellence is keeping a clean

Hi,

I’m Zach otherwise known as Zachary Alan Hughes, but you can call me Zach. This is my cover letter. I will try to be as short as possible while explaining who I am as a worker and all around person. It’s kind of simple really it all boils down to Motivation, Communication, 5s, Safety, Quality and Quantity. Lets Start with Motivation.

Motivation

I have a lot of Motivation not only in my work but also helping motivate others.

Communication

Communication might be the most important aspect on my list for many reasons.

5s

I am a strong believer in 5s. I feel a clean work area inspires you to produce more and also looks more professional. A clean workplace is a healthy workplace. Often striving for excellence is keeping a clean environment. I try to sweep and keep floors, tables, and electronics as clean as possible. If you strive to keep a work environment clean it makes the area more presentable.

Safety

Safety is such a big part of the workplace. Making sure your workers are safe is number one in my book. I can not stress enough how important practicing good safety procedures. Things like keeping eyes on your surroundings and always making eye contact with operators of any moving vehicles is a must. Safety is something everyone should be practicing at all times of your shift/work hours.

Quality and Quantity

Quality and Quantity sets within the same section because even if you produce a lot of product it doesn’t always mean it’s up to par with quality. I manage to put Quality over Quantity every time. You can have 1,000 parts but it doesn’t mean they are all up to the specifications set in place for the product. Quality is a big part of how I work.

In Conclusion, I have a great work style and I practice many different procedures on a day to day basis. I believe in sticking to a procedure based system. I hope this cover letter helped you as an employer learn more about me and what I am capable of and/or what I will be capable of doing in the future.

Thank You.
