    I am interested in full-time position of Administrative Assistant working within the Australian

    Federal Police (AFP) Liaison Office in Hanoi. I have just graduated from Master Program in

    International Relations in International University of Japan (IUJ). Before I went to Japan to

    pursue Master Degree, I worked as a lecturer in College of Foreign Languages, Vietnam

    National University (VNU). With my experience and knowledge after 2 year studying full-time

    Master Program in International Relations, I believe that my ability and skills are applicable to

    your requirements for position of Administrative Assistant.

    After graduated as valedictorian from VNU, I was offered a job as lecturer in English Speaking

    Countries Studies Division, Culture and Languages of English Department, VNU. My duty was

    teaching courses which were delivered in English and related to Languages, Culture, and Policies

    of English Speaking Countries including United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and so on.

    Beside teaching activities, I took part in several activities in VNU which emphasis on research

    and analytical skills. As a lecturer and researcher in VNU, my communication skills including

    both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; and interpreting and translating skills between

    English and Vietnamese; and research, analytical and information management skills are

    applicable to your requirements.

    After 1 year working in VNU, I was granted a full scholarship to pursue higher education in

    International Relations in IUJ. The two years master program in IUJ was taught totally in

    English which not only broaden my knowledge in International Relations but also enhanced my

    English skills. Moreover, studying in an international university which gathers students from

    more than 42 countries and regions around the world is a great opportunity for me to develop

    interpersonal and networking skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people

    from a range of diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, working in a professional academic

    environment and studying International Relations provide me ability to manage sensitive

    information and maintain confidentiality.
