NO.  1  SONG  "Brantley  Gilbert’s  latest  album,  Just  As  I  Am,  has  now  provided  three  consecutive  No.  1  songs  on  the  MusicRow  CountryBreakout  Chart.  “Bottoms  Up”  and  “Small  Town  Throwdown”  both  reached  the  top  in  2014.  And  the  third  single  “One  Hell  Of  An  Amen,”  is  this  week’s  No.  1  song.  "Written  by  Gilbert,  Mike  Dekle,  and  Brian  Davis,  the  song  speaks  of  losing  a  loved  one.  In  the  song,  it  uses  a  military  family  and  losing  a  battle  to  cancer  as  examples.  Both  examples  hit  home  with  Gilbert.  He  lost  a  friend,  Kory,  to  leukemia,  and  had  a  close  friend  who  lost  a  military  hero  named  Jon  while  _ighting  in  Iraq.    "“It’s  easy  to  say  the  song’s  about  death,  but  to  me,  it’s  about  the  good  _ight,”  explains  Brantley.  “It’s  about  the  attitude,  the  strength  and  the  courage  those  boys  had  for  what  they  were  going  through.  Kory  battling  leukemia  and  Jon  _ighting  in  Iraq…it’s  about  two  different  wars.  Anytime  you  go  out  _ighting  for  your  life  or  _ighting  for  your  country,  that’s  ‘One  Hell  of  An  Amen.’”  "The  video  can  be  viewed  on  Vevo  HERE.  "Gilbert  is  currently  on  the  road  touring  with  select  dates  opening  for  Kenny  Chesney  on  his  stadium  tours.
