Dear Future Employer,
An ideal situation would be if management were to allow me learn from their best trainee and
afterwards, their step-by-step processes for technical and procedural purposes. Personally, I feel if I
were to be trained during a busy work day, then I'd know how much momentum I'd need to keep in order
to maintain the workload on an average day. That momentum would serve as a basis for me to
continuously improve my own delivery within the company's momentum to best achieve their goals. The
new techniques allows me to grow while learning new procedures and expectations, the mandatory. As
for myself, the variable; a woman who has excelled in customer service for 8 years and types 46 wpm. I
can quickly adapt to a constantly changing daily environment. Case in point, why I always try to choose
jobs that I really enjoy outside of work in my spare time. I believe this makes one more encouraged to
give the customer the best service available to them. Thus a benefit to both the customer and the
company to have an employee who's enthusiastic about their position and environment. An employer
also appreciates an employee with a strong work ethic and is passionate about their job. I strive to learn
and grow in each new company standards and operational procedures. Thank you for your considering
my qualities to enhance your company and wish to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Kiara King
