will happen to man, cattle, land, etc.: How would you keep an individual, species, or system adaptive using the three factors of adaptability (variety, beginnings, & Boom-Bust)?

OR How would you keep an individual, species, or

system non-adaptive as in antibiotic resistant bacteria, pesticide resistant weeds and insects, or dependency of people to their government?
