Cox Business UC App Windows Desktop Quick Reference Guide This guide instructs you on how to access and use the Cox Business UC App for Windows Desktop. It includes instructions on how to download, sign on, set up and utilize the most common features and functionalities. Note: To use the UC features with your IP Centrex Professional Seat, you must first activate UC through the MyAccount Portal. Refer to the UC App for Windows Desktop User Guide for detailed instructions. This guide instructs you on how to access and use the Cox Business UC App for Windows Desktop. It includes instructions on how to download, sign on, set up and utilize the most common features and functionalities.

Overview

The Cox Business UC App gives you in-office connectivity while working from home or traveling. There are six types of UC Apps for smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. You can make click-to-dial calls, start an instant messaging session, view a contact's availability, make a conference call and manage your calls.

Note: To use the UC features with your IP Centrex Professional Seat, you must first activate UC through the MyAccount Portal. Refer to the UC App for Windows Desktop User Guide for detailed instructions.

Downloading the Application

0 Log in to MyAccount (http://coxbusiness.com/myaccount) with your User ID and password.

8 From the Welcome page, scroll to the My Services section and click the Activate Unify icon.

C, When the VoiceManager Dashboard opens, click the Applications tab.

• Click the Download for Desktop link, and then click Download the Windows Desktop app to download the application.

Click the Run button.

Read the entire License Agreement and click I Agree.

8 Follow the remaining prompts to complete the download.
