C&P Manhole is a heavy duty precast concrete service chamber suitable for underground telecom services, oil & gas applications and many other sectors.

The complete structure consists of a base or floor, a wall section and a lid section with a choice of cast, iron, lockable steel, polymer concrete covers and frames.

The walls are supplied with knock-out holes to the customers requirement.

POLYMER CONCRETE

Polymer concrete is similar to conventionalconcrete in that is contains selected blends ofaggregates and filers which are held togetherutilizing a binder. The binder is a high strength,corrosion resistant, thermosetting resin. This resinsystem requires a curing agent ( catalyst) whichwhen combined with the resin, transfers the resin and curing agent from a liquid to a solid( thermoset polymer) which bonds to the aggregate, various fillers and internalreinforcement. Polymer concrete has superiorperformance characteristics. The material itself isits own protection from corrosion. There is noneed to coat or line polymer concrete to act as thebonding agent n crete is three to four times stronger than conventional concrete. It is producedfrom the same aggregate however. It does not use cement or water, relying only on a synthetic resinmixed with the aggregate to act as the bondingagent. The high strength and elasticity of PolymerConcrete make it ideal for use in a precast manhole system.

Polymer concrete products contain no metal components, therefore eliminating the risk of theft.
