• CPARS is Government-wide system that will replace NASA’s PPDB (NF-1680’s)
• Maintained by the Naval Sea Logistics Center• Contains section for evaluation of subcontracting
performance• Ratings and definitions for subcontracting
performance are different from all the other categories
