Frog booklet Directions Read each step carefully! STOP and THINK… BEFORE you DO!

1. Cut the OUTSIDE line of the frog (careful not to cut its legs off) and cut the outside line of the frog’s eyes.

2. Color the frog.

3. Cut each page of the booklet out by cutting the thick outside lines, the thick inside line down the middle, and the two thick inside lines going across. (Be careful to leave the space at the top of each page. See photo.)

4. Read each page and put them in order with the cover on top. You must read carefully! Number the pages in the boxes and put your name on the cover.

5. Stack the pages in order and place them into the body of the frog. Line them up with the top line. Staple the pages into the book (Tape or glue the top of each page if do not have a stapler.)

6. Fold down the mouth flap and color.

7. Glue the eyes on to the back of the frog. Be sure to make them face forward!

8. Reread each page and illustrate.

9. Read the book to a parent, sibling, pet.
