CPR! for the Breathless Professional Decreasing stress is the key for good health and emotional well-being. Yet it is the hardest things to do – we all struggle with stress and often feel out of balance and out of breath! We need CPR! In this dynamic, fun-filled session you’ll learn how to overcome obstacles at work, decrease daily stress and help others achieve balance. Those attending will learn the secrets of creativity, play and rest. Participants will be challenged to use assessment tools, ask for help and develop a program for helping others.
