In 2013, we face an ironically tremendous communication deficit. It has never been easier to gain and disseminate information on a broad level, yet it has never been more agonizingly difficult to translate that information into a mutually beneficial, collaborative and educational experience. The 21st century explosion of information has yet to translate into equitable opportunity for the millions of small businesses who’s voice have been consistently drowned out. The cube is the ultimate multi-media platform that equalizes the playing field like no other product. Humans intuitively crave attention. Information

needs to be highly personalized and aggregated in a simple, attractive and efficient way. Human capital is being grossly under utilized. The cube amplifies the human experience, professionally and personally in an unprecedented fashion by being the ultimate aggregator of ideas. Who’s ideas? I think that our parents and grandparents did a good job from what they new and there have been great successes in improving upon the human condition, but we cannot accept the successes of the past as enough. Nor can we accept the failures of not caring for others as a first priority as acceptable. Failure is only bitter if you swallow it, it is an incredible event when accepted as a transformational learning experience. This is the day the Lord hath made, and we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Don’t allow yourself to sit back and merely dream. As Nike says, just do it! start making your calls, use your cube to establish what it is you plan on doing, be bold and courageous, and ask other doers and experts to join you. Once you've started creating your Team11 family, find an entrepreneur that needs help and start your rebellion. Remember it doesn’t need to be a huge venture. Often a successful company in reality is just the conglomeration of many small businesses. Most importantly, realize that you can change the world one business at a time.

Capitalize on all the connections you have and realize that as important as learning from your successes of yesteryear is, it is even more critical to use your failures of the past in order to succeed going forward.

Look, none of us are perfect. I have made more mistakes than anyone I know. I was joking in a magazine interview a few weeks ago when I was asked what qualified me to do what I do. I said that I’ve heard that a person learns more from mistakes than successes. I said if that is the case, then ma'am I am the most learned man I know.

So I think we have to ask ourselves what have we ever done to affect our

world? What have we done that is of any lasting goodness? When do we stop making the same mistakes and more importantly when do we stop talking and actually do something? The answer to these questions can not be found on spread sheets. Those who are able cannot just donate money to clear their conscious, but we have to use our God given talents to do what we were meant to do. We have to start acting on our notions of goodwill in a real, tangible way. Look, there is nothing wrong with working to make money and to improve our lives but nothing and I do mean nothing will be as rewarding as working to improve others lives.

The old saying of when we die we can’t bring our possessions with us is very true but I believe we will be able to bring our accomplishments that we create for others and our legacy will be still burning here on earth. So many of us work to have a safe retirement or to pad our families accounts but nothing will benefit our families more then providing a legacy that they know they can live up to and improve upon.

My father use to say every Sunday, “This is the day the Lord hath made and we will rejoice and be glad in it.” I learned later in life that he said this knowing that there were people in the church who were going through divorces, dealing with financial ruin and grieving for incurably sick loved ones. But my father new that the only way to make today a day to rejoice is by consciously choosing to rejoice in all that you do. If we want to have a joy filled life full of redeeming value, we need to relish in the moment and rejoice in every aspect of our precious lives. Create a

Team11 family today. Make a choice to overcome problems and to make a difference for others. We have all seen in ample supply the unnecessary emptiness of our world, now its time to learn what making a difference for others and changing our world feels like. How can this be accomplished? By taking the cognitive nature of our ideas and translating that into a volitional movement for the greater good of our Team11 family, for our community and for our world. At the end of the day that’s really what crackpot culture is all about.

The concept of yin yang 陰陽 in traditional Chinese

philosophy is used to describe how seemingly opposing views and ideas actually are interrelated, indefeasible and mutually dependent on one another. Yin and yang are complementary, not opposing forces, interacting to form a whole greater than either separate part, creating a dynamic and indestructible force for change. In the present context, through the cube we can become a radical force globally, for an entirely new business model. Our hybrid approach combines the unoriginally novel concept of combining the talents of the team, rather than narrowly tailoring our skills to any one particular segment of society.

The cube’s inherently ubiquitous presence will serve as an indispensable tool for small businesses the world over. Together we can combine profit motives with a “my brother and sister’s keeper” identity. If the hope and original idea of a shrinking world has taught us anything it is that it is possible like never before to truly foster a borderless business climate of a mutually beneficial nature. Yessir, it’s back to implementing and understanding that the whole is greater than some of the parts. Individually creating the proper strategy results in an exponentiation of Team11. When a team organizes itself with the right members, they will soon find themselves not only with strength in numbers but will experience the benefits of the collective strength of individuals with their own creativity and other inherent talents associated with each teammate. Team11 is a global network of self- starting entrepreneurs working individually yet as a concise team. Each region can focus on an individual area of need in the venture but because all team members are self-starting leaders, any member can assist others in their area of expertise.

So a Team11 member decides to assist a fellow crackpot entrepreneur either domestically or in any country in the world. Their fellow Team11 member then helps the new entrepreneur organize a plan of action starting with a full media cube to introduce their venture as well as a cube to manage their marketing strategy. The second cube will initially be a demo of some of the ideas. The Team11 member then uses the cube to recruit the rest of the family. In some instances they may be looking for a family member who can assist with distribution by using the cube as their supreme marketing tool.

They may be looking for product experts as well as graphic experts or a shipping or international expert. The two original Team11 members will have built a team of 9 additional fellow warriors ready for battle, each of which are leaders in their respective field/region. In some cases the Team11 member may purchase the cube account for the designated head honcho entrepreneur, who will then get repaid when the business is up and running. Additionally, it

is ok and in fact expected for you to make money off of the entrepreneur as far as the cube advertising and continued growth of new team members. Each Team11 member will sign a pledge to assist their fellow teammates without taking advantage of one another. It is required to allow the team leader to own 100% of their business. If any Team11 member is breaking this rule Team11 inc. reserves the right to pull the entrepreneur from the Team11 members system.

Now this is not to say a given Team11 is prohibited from going into a country and starting a sub-business and partnership with other businesses within that country, but this needs to be recognized from the start. Accordingly, you should not be using other Team11 philanthropic efforts for your own financial gain. Remember that the goal of the Team11 family is to use our entrepreneur skills for philanthropic purposes, for this is the war cry of our rebellion.

Finally, it should be noted that any Team11 member can be a part of as many families as they see in their vision of their life to be a part of. It would be my goal for each member to be a part of at least 11 families as this qualifies the Team11 member to receive their watch, bracelet or ring.

In a recent LA Times Tech Now piece, it was pointed out that internet advertising revenue reached $17 billion in the first half of 2012, up 14% from the same time in 2011. their cubes to sell cubes. I know that seems simple but seriously when you’re trying to educate others on how to use our product the best way is to just use the product. In the last couple of weeks we have had people cut deals for cubes into organizations that create thousands of additional cubes. So far, every sales event that I have either heard, seen or am aware of, the sale was closed by not only showing cubes but making demos or adjusting your own cubes to demo.
