Cold Sping Brewing Co.This historical brewery founded in 1874 has a storied tradition and heritage.

It all began in the 1500”s. French Canadian trappers traveling west along the famous Red River Trail discovered this natural spring, which had the most refreshing water. Word of this spring spread and became a regular stop for all settlers going west on the Red River Trail. In 1857 Swiss born natural-ist Armond DuPont wrote, “it is a water like no other, unique in its ability to

refresh.” He noted, “Though seemingly impossible, a year-round frost forms at the base of this amazing spring.”

Chang Beer - Thailand

Beer Style: Lager Alcohol by Volume: 5.0%Chang Beer is full bodied with a citrus quality. Chang is fabulous on its own but its excellence can really be appreciated when you drink it with food. The col-our is an absolutely mouth wateringly rich, golden honey. And, if you have the mental strength to wait, you’ll appreciate the complex aromas – a smoky, peaty blend of sweet, green apples and full-bodied vinilla. Packages: 4/6 NR & 12/22oz

AltercationBeer Style: german-style sticke alt Alcohol by Volume: 9.1%

Ale and lager fight for supremacy in this rare beer style: this is a dark cop-per ale but is fermented at colder temperatures like a lager and is more bold than an altbier. Full-bodied, well-hopped and bitter balanced by nutty-malty sweetness with notes of caramel and roasted malts. Packages: 1/6 Barrel

Jivaro (J.O.E.S.)Beer Style: Oatmeal Stout Alcohol by Volume: 5.6%

This stout includes oatmeal in its grist, resulting in a full flavor and rich, smooth profile but not grainy. A chocolate and coffee-like roasted malt character is smooth but is intensified by the use of several pounds of DES-TIHL’s own blend of South American espresso coffee in this beer. Under-hopping allows the coffee to contribute to the flavor profile while not becom-ing excessively bitter. Packages: 1/6 Barrel

Nutty Brown AleBeer Style: american-style Alcohol by Volume: 5.6%

This American-style brown ale has roasted malt, caramel-like and choc-olate-like characters, full body, a dark brown color, American varietal hop aroma, flavor and bitterness and fruity esters subdued by the roasted malti-ness. Packages: 1/6 Barrel

KolschBeer Style: german-style Alcohol by Volume: 4.8%

Kolsch is characterized by a golden color and a slightly dry, subtly sweet softness on the palate, yet crisp. Light-bodied, low hop flavor and aroma and low fruity esters. Packages: 1/6 Barrel

HopweizenBeer Style: Hefeweizen Alcohol by Volume: 5.3%

An unrecognized beer style, this is our hopped up version of a Hefewei-zen. Unlike a hefe which has very low hop character, this beer is loaded with American-varietal citrus hops but still has the same strength and yeast characters of a classic hefe, i.e., banana/clove & hazy. And they said it couldn’t be done... Packages: 1/6 Barrel
