Go to guides.library.ucla.edu to find subject specific research guides. Research guides are created by Librarians and are filled with tons of tips and tools to help you research. You can type in a specific guide, or browse by subject, or owner.

Find a research guide for your subject. If you are not sure which guide to use, the “Getting Started” guide is a good place to start searching on any topic. Locate the “Articles” tab, and click it to find databases for a range of subjects (e.g., Science and Engineering, Social Sciences and Humanities, News Sources, and more!).

Head back to the “Browse All Research Guides” screen to figure out which specific guides and databases you want to use. Write them down. !
