Volunteers are Still Needed — The return to the full weekend Mass schedule hinges on finding volunteers to sanitize the Church after each Mass. A few people have already stepped forward but we would love to have enough workers to form teams to help with this effort. Please prayerfully consider this request for help. Please call our parish offices if you are interested in volunteering. Volunteers will be trained and equipped to help.

Please join us for RCIA! RCIA is a process which is designed to educate in the Catholic faith and prepare adults to receive the Sacraments. Through this journey there will be members of our parish praying for you, attending sessions with you, and sharing their own stories of their Catholic experience. Our team is dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive and we would love to walk beside you as you explore the Catholic faith. Sessions begin on September 15 and we meet every Tuesday. For those who feel unsafe in a public setting, please know that the obligation to attend Sunday Mass continues to be lifted for everyone. We encourage those with vulnerable health conditions to attend Mass online. You are welcome to come for Communion immediately following Sunday Mass. Please check our website for the weekday Mass, private prayer and confession times.

Public Masses to Begin This Weekend June 13 and 14!

If you would like to attend public Mass at St. Gregory Church please call the parish office on Thursday, June 11, and Friday, June 12, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm ONLY, and make your reservation.

No Reservations will be taken via voicemail. Information you will need when you speak with the office staff is: MASS TIME, YOUR NAME, NUMBER of FAMILY in YOUR PARTY, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS. Reservations will be taken in the order received during the time above only. Families must arrived together for seating and each family will be seated by the USHERS ONLY. Masks must be worn and social distancing practices used.

Enter the Church using the left (Rectory) side doors only, all lower parking lot doors will be locked. Communion for those not in attendance is available at 12:00 pm, directly after Mass. We apologize we cannot seat everyone, but we are attempting to make the process as fair as possible, please bear with us, thank you.

Asleep in Christ — God of the living and the dead, you raised Jesus from the dead, raise up those who have died, especially Jack Schlessler, and grant him a share in your eternal glory. May he rest in peace and may the Perpetual Light of Christ shine upon him. For Those Who Mourn a Loss — The Loss of a spouse through death, divorce, or separation is a traumatic experience. The Beginning Experience Ministry 1-Day Coping With Life Alone Session will host a 1-day seminar on July 11, 2020 from 8:45 am – 4:00 pm. Fee is $25.00. Location: Martina Spiritual Renewal Center, 5244 Clarwin Avenue, West View, PA 15229. Register by July 8, or calling Linda at 412-491-8636. This program is intended to help widowed, divorced, or separated men and women pass through the grief and pain and begin to move forward with renewed hope on their life journey.

Parish Share - Corrected Statements

If you made a Donation to Parish Share during the month of March or April and made a ‘pledge’ or a ‘one time payment’, OSV apologizes that your donation was incorrectly reported back to you as ‘no payment’ and that you had a ‘payment due’ or your ‘payment due’ was an incorrect amount! OSV would like you to know they corrected the problem. You should have received a corrected statement this past week from OSV. Your card should indicate it is a ‘Corrected Statement’ under your mailing address. The Parish Office would like you to know, everyone’s donation, whether a pledge or a payment in full, has been recorded correctly into our database, which is completely separate from the work OSV performs for us. Thank you for your patience while this matter was resolved. If you believe your statement is still incorrect, don’t hesitate to call the parish office.
