Strength and Conditioning 2013 BOYS UPPER SCHOOL CAMP for Boys entering Grades 9-12 This is a great way to prepare for a fall sport season. Fall Ath- letes that attend the Strength & Conditioning Camps will have a major advantage over their competition because they will enter pre- season training sessions for their sport in shape and ready to com- pete. The workout program will focus on developing strength, speed, agility, quickness and power in an effort to promote overall improve- ment of athleticism and reduce athlete injuries. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMP—COACHING STAFF:

Head Coach: Jon Tenuta (NSCA-CPT/ACSM-CPT) Emergency Medical Responder

Jon has been participating in athletic training for over ten years. Jon has personal training certifica-tions from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and also a certification from the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). He is the Strength and Conditioning coach for the after school program at Cranrbook Kingswood Upper School. Jon works with numerous clients, teams and camps at Cranbrook.

Jim Clifford (CSCS)

Jim has numerous amounts of knowledge in the field of strength and conditioning. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist , certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Associ-ation. Holds a BS in Exercise Science and minor in athletic coaching from Saginaw Valley Sate Uni-versity. He has worked with athletes ranging from middle school to professional at Barwis Methods.
