TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WITNESS STATEMENT

I, Nadine Gibbons, of 53 Langside Avenue, Glasgow, G41 4AH, student, state:

On 19th July 2013, I was about to get into my car in the car park next to the shops on Clarkston Road in Glasgow.

I noticed that a car was driving down the lane behind me.

I saw a black RAV 4, with the registration number JS53VAV, collide with the other car.

The silver car was moving at the time of the collision.

Both of the drivers got out of their cars and I went over to them to see how they were.

The middle-aged female driver of the black car said “Did you see the accident?”. I said words to the effect “Yes, I saw it”.

It was a hot, sunny day.

The speed limit in the car park was about 10 mph.

I noticed damage to both cars.

I believe that the contents of this statement are true and correct.
