Ingredients

20 cups popped popcorn1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted2 teaspoons paprika2 teaspoons lemon pepper1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the popped popcorn in a large roasting pan.In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, paprika, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Pour over the pop-corn and stir until it is somewhat evenly coated.Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for later.

sheet store-bought shortcrust pastry 1 cup (250ml) milk 1 cup (220g) caster (superfine) sugar ¼ cup (35g) cornflour ½ cup (125ml) milk, extra 80g butter, chopped ⅔ cups (180ml) lemon juice 2 tablespoons finely grated lemon rind 6 egg yolks 150ml very fresh eggwhites, about 4 eggs 1 cup (250ml) caster (superfine) sugar 1 teaspoon white vinegar Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a lightly greased 22cm pie tin with the pastry and trim the edges.. Cook for 15 minutes, remove the paper and weights and cook for a further 10–15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool on a wire rack. To make the curd, place the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Place the cornflour and extra milk in a small bowl and stir to combine. Pour the cornflour mixture into the milk mixture and stir to combine. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to low. Add the butter and whisk until melted and combined. Add the lemon juice, rind and egg yolks and cook, whisking, for 5 min-utes or until thickened. Spoon the lemon mixture into the pastry case and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. To make the meringue, place the eggwhites in the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and white vinegar and beat until thick and glossy. Spoon the meringue on top of the curd and grill (broil) under a preheated hot grill for 1–2 minutes or until golden and cooked.

Place a pizza stone into an oven and heat to 220°C.For pizza dough; Combine the water and yeast in a jug, stir to dissolve the yeast. Cover and set aside 5 minutes until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Combine the flour, sugar and salt in bowl of electric mixer. Pour in the yeast mixture and oil. Mix with dough hook on low to combine, then increase the speed and beat for about 5 minutes until dough is elastic. Place into a lightly greased bowl, cover and stand in a warm place for 15-20 minutes or until it has almost doubled in size.Punch the dough down, divide in half. On a floured wooden paddle or piece of baking paper roll 1 piece dough out to 25cm round.Scatter over half the provolone and half parmigiano. Top with half mozzarella and crumble over half gorgonzola. Transfer pizza to pizza stone and bake 12 minutes or until base if golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining pizza dough and topping.

Brush an 11 x 22cm (base measure-ment) (1.25L/5-cup) loaf pan with the olive oil to lightly grease. Lightly dust with flour and shake out the excess.Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add cornmeal, sugar, milk, oil and egg, and use a wooden spoon to stir until well combined.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Set aside for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature drizzled with the honey.
