The Regional P.F. commissioner-I, Nagpur will have the right to terminthe contract after issue of one month Notice without assigningreasons. Start of services shall be made by the successful bidder within 7 days fromdate of award of contract. If the successful bidder rails to start services, EJshall be entitled to recover liquidated damages to the extent of the differencharges incurred by EpFo in making altirnative arrangements alongpenalty of Rs.1000 per day for the delay period.

PENALTYIn case of breach of any conditions of the contract and for all types ofcaused by the contractor, EPFO shall make deductions as deemed suitias specified in the contract, from the bills preferred by the contractor.
