This custom built Lincoln Park home features the only reclaimed timber pergola in the city. Recovered from a 100 year old barn on a Wisconsin farm, these timbers are one of a kind pieces that are old world charm. We complimented this material with oversized tempered glass panels, concrete counters and tropical hardwood planters.

ALTGELD RESIDENCE

A contemporary masterpiece. This garage roof deck and accompanying third floor roof deck highlight the best of outdoor living. The anchor of the project is a cantalivered Ipe pergola with stainless steel cabling and frosted glass privacy panels. Not to be over shadowed, the project also boasts a Kalamazoo outdoor kitchen, Big Green Egg smoker, custom built-in concrete water feature and five foot long fire pit.

A renter’s dream! The Reside property management brand strives to create dynamic public spaces to serve their tenants and this property is no exception. Featuring two outdoor fire elements, large outdoor kitchen, synthetic turf, outdoor yoga room, and multiple gathering areas this space is perfect for any occasion.

HALSTED RESIDENCE

This garage roof deck posed unique challenges to match materials of a newly constructed single family home to make the outdoor space an extension of the original architecture. A barrel vaulted ceiling was designed to mimic the front entry, while the granite and stone selections match the veneer of the home. The homeowner wanted a space that would function through four seasons as a family space and entertainment space.
