Cream CakeINGREDIENTS
5 egs;
2 cups of flour;
2 cups of sugar;
1 cup of cream;
1 cup of milk;
1 teaspoon of baking
powder;
Zest of one lemon;
Cream cake
HOW TO DO IT
1º Separate the yolks from the whites;
2º Beat the egg whites until firm Castle;
3º In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar;
4º Add the lemon zest and stir;
5º Add the cream and milk and stir well;
6º Add the flour and baking powder and stir again;
7º Finally, add the egg whites and fold them into the batter with a wooden spoon;
8º Grease a cake tin with butter and sprinkle with flour;
9º Set the oven to 180 degrees, and insert the cake until cooked. (about 45 min)
