Wonderful recipe for Cream Cheese Brownies

Cream Cheese Brownies Ingredients: !150g unsalted butter, cut into small cubes & extra for greasing !230g semi-sweet chocolate buttons !1 cup all-purpose flour !1/4 cup cocoa powder !1/2 teaspoon baking powder !1/2 teaspoon salt !1 1/2 cup caster sugar !4 eggs !250g cream cheese, room temp. Procedures: Preheat the oven to 170C. Brush a 9 inch rectangular baking pan with butter and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper leaving a 2 inches over hang. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and then set it aside. In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate stirring occasionally until it becomes smoothforabout3minutes.Removethebowlfromthepanandletitcoolfor5 minutes. Next add 1 cup of sugar and mix to combine, then add in the 3 eggs until just combined. Mix in the flour mixture from the previous step until moistened, be careful not to over mix. To prepare the cream cheese mixture; first whisk the cream cheese with the remaining sugar until smooth and then add in the remaining egg until just combined. Next spoon together the melted chocolate and cream cheese mixtures alternately over the base of lined baking pan. Use the tip of a spatula and make a swirl motion to create a marble effect. Bake in the oven for 60 to 90 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out with only a fewmoistofcrumbsattached.Leaveittocoolinthepanfor30minutes.Usingthe over hanging parchment paper lift the brownies out of the pan and transfer to a rack and let it cool completely. Use a damp serrated knife to cut into squares and serve. #tip:When I baked these Brownies it took a little while to cook maybe about 1 hour and30minutes.WhatIdidthen,isafterlike40minuteswhenthecreamcheese batter started to brown, I covered it with foil and continue baking until it was fully cook this way the top of the brownie will not be crusty and burnt. happy baking! :)
