A brief explanation of selected composer(s) background information (biography) and notable achievements; 2. DVD/CD/YouTube recording(s) that clearly represent his/her composition skills and ability to communicate ideas through the use of these compositional skills; 3. The specific qualities of their compositional style, (how do they use the specific compositional elements to create their own unique style). NOTE: Try to select composer/s who have been most influential on you and the development of your own personal style. Your presentation notes/summary MUST be handed in to include in your portfolio as evidence of work completed. The fine print! This is an important assessment task. It will form an important part of your portfolio. Due date for presentation to class is ……………………..
